Return & Exchange Terms & Conditions
Return and exchange can be done within 7 days after the date of purchase.
If the return or exchange is due to change of mind, the item must be in its original purchase condition and not defaced in any manner.
Delivery costs associated with the return of the product will not be covered by Ariki.
Return & Exchange Process
Get in touch with our customer service at enquiry@ariki.com.sg.
Indicate the order number, name of the item, and reason for return or exchange.
Request will be reviewed and our customer service team will get back to you within 2 working days.
Refund Policy
Refund applies only to damaged purchased items due to genuine mishandling.
The refund process will take 7 to 14 business days to reflect in your bank statement, depending on the respective bank’s processing time.
